At Chattanooga Cupcakes our focus is on two main issues: product quality and customer service.  Everything else is secondary to those considerations. 

To ensure product quality all our cupcakes must be made fresh each day and from scratch.  One of our standards is that the cupcake must taste good to us without any icing on it. If a cupcake does not pass this test, it doesn't make it into our display case (there have been a few that failed this test).  While our cupcakes do taste good even after several days, we make them fresh each day to ensure the highest and freshest quality. We do sell some of our left over cupcakes as day olds, but this is made very clear and at a 50% discount from normal price.

Friendly customer service is very important to us. If you are unhappy in any way, then please let us know and we will do what we can to correct the issue.

When we looked into opening a cupcake store, we visited many other cupcake shops to try their products. We were amazed that most of these stores had only an average product at best.  Then to our surprise we learned most cupcake stores use a mix to make their products. This was just not an acceptable method to us even though we were told any other way would be too much work - and it is a lot of work, so we hope you enjoy and we hope you can tell a difference.
